Shipping Policy

Question: Where do you ship from?

Answer: We ship from Irvine, CA

Question: Where is my tracking number?

Answer: Once your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be sent directly in the email you used to purchase from our website.

Question: How long will my order take?

Answer: Please allow 1-2 business day for us to process and ship your order. We ship everyday beside Sunday.

 

Return and Exchange

Question: Do you accept return or exchange?

Answer: Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

MollyGems reserves the right to refuse any returns, refunds, or exchange at any time.

Question: My package has been stolen or lost, what should I do?

Answer:  Once a package leaves our place and is dropped off at the post office, it is unfortunately out of our hands. All packages include a tracking number with tracking updates. We do not offer returns or refunds on missing packages that have been marked as delivered. Please contact the post office for any missing packages that have been delivered. 

Question: What if my package arrive broken? 

Answer: Please provide a photo & video of the broken crystal within 48 hours of receiving your package. 

We will offer for a broken crystal as long as you provide proof. We can also offer a replacement depending on the crystal’s availability.

 

International Order:

Question: Do you ship internationally?

Answer: Yes we do! However, we do NOT offer free shipping for customers outside of the United States. We ship all international orders via USPS. 

International shipping starts at $15 and goes up to $100 depending on the total weight of your package and destination. International customers are responsible for all shipping & customs fees on the package. 

For international customers, please send us a message with your email and full shipping address. Transaction will be done through Paypal. Once a package leaves our place, we no longer have control over the package. International customers are responsible for contacting their local carrier to determine the status of any package through the tracking number we provide you.
